Book the loft.
Every private booking helps fund the next phase of the Goodrich restoration. Rates depend on your date and event type — contact us for current pricing, or start a reservation and we'll confirm details with you directly.
What's included
- The restored ~1,000 sq ft loft (up to 40 guests)
- The covered outdoor deck and gravel courtyard
- Private restroom
- Tables and chairs on site
Not included
- Food or beverage — no commercial catering on-site, so you bring or arrange your own
- Alcohol service — permitted only through a permit holder (your own Indiana ATC temporary permit, or a caterer/bartender who already holds one)
- Access to areas of the building still under restoration
